Jazz piano trio meets global dance party!
Duende Libre is an award-winning jazz trio whose original music combines jazz virtuosity with roots rhythms from Cuba, Brazil, and the Mediterranean into a “strikingly authentic blend.” The result: A euphoric new jazz that honors its historical roots, pushing open the boundaries of genre to invoke a powerful sonic freedom.
The group tours with a trio or with a quartet including a vocalist all the way up to a sextet with vocals, horns, and/or percussion. They are also currently touring a new show entitled “The Golden Age of Brazilian Pop” featuring vocalist Adriana Giordano.
